Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania gives the public access to many court records, but the path depends on the record type. The Lackawanna County Clerk of Judicial Records handles Court of Common Pleas civil, criminal, and family filings. Magisterial District Courts handle traffic, summary, landlord-tenant, warrant, and preliminary criminal matters. Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
